Norwalk Connecticut Real Estate Market Trends - November 2012

Norwalk is still in a Buyer’s Market but the indicators over the past six months were pointing towards a more balanced market.  The market has pulled back a bit in terms of sales, sale prices, and Day on Market, but some of that is seasonal.  The ratio of List to Sales Price is still very good at 96%.

What homes are most in demand by buyer in Norwalk?  The sweet spot in the market is for 3 bedroom homes with a list price of $375,000-400,000.  They tend to be on the market only 109 days and sell for 96% of list price.
