I certainly like the kitchen.  What a pleasant place to cook and visit.  AND eat!  Good luck with it.

Awesome, this should go fast, good luck.

That kitchen Gail is very open and inviting. Nice. Good luck with it.

Hi Gail---this is such a pretty condo.   It would sell fast here in Sonoma where we have so few condos like it.  Good luck!

Hi Gail,

Love old buildings with real LOFT space.  We don't have too much of that around here. A lot of what I call "pseudo lofts."  But this looks like the real deal.

Gail this listing shows really well.  Hope it goes under contract for you soon.

Thank you all.  I just did a series a short time ago on the Bridgeport Garden co-ops, so that both buyers and their agents can understand more about this historic complex and what's involved in buying a unit here.

Hi Gail, This is a good looking property. I fly out of Bridgeport sometimes for aerial shoots. It's one of my favorite airports, with the runway in the middle of an estuary and on Long Island Sound. Best of luck to you.
