Single family home sales have slowed in Easton CT by 33% from the previous year.  This is significantly less than Fairfield, Shelton, Bridgeport, Trumbull, or Stratford.  There is currently a 17 months’ supply of single family homes in Easton, which means most listings expired and need to be renewed several times before the property is sold.  The good news is that the prices are increasing.  Prices have increased by 9% over the past year.
