Single family home sales have slowed in Westport, CT by 6% from the previous year.  This is better than Fairfield,which had sloweed 13%.  There is currently a one year supply of single family homes in Westport, which is better than the 14 months of inventory in 2010.  Prices have decreased by 7% over the prior year.  It is still solidly a Buyer's Market in Westport.  Homes were selling at 94% of list price in 2011 compared to 93% in 2010.
