Patrick - Thank you.  The floor plan of this home is amazing.  There are water views from every room, except for the utility and mudroom.  

Kathleen - It is one of the most amazing homes I've ever seen.  Worthy of an Architectural Digest article.  I'm thinking of contacting them.  It's also in one of the most convenient locations in the New York metro area.  Easy commute to NYC by express train.

George - Yes, they are picky. Everything has to be perfect to get in the NYT. Sussie - We just need the right buyer who will appreciate the quality, design, and the view. Tatyana - When the right buyer sees it, it will sell quick. We will be advertising it in the Wall Street Journal.
